ODEX Eliminator is an industry-leading heavy-duty odor destroyer engineered to neutralize severe amine, sulfide, thio, and mercaptan odors at the molecular level rather than temporarily masking them. Unlike standard air fresheners, ODEX uses a commercial-grade formula combining d-limonene, high-foaming surfactants, chelating agents, and quaternary ammonium compounds to eliminate odors at their source.

ODEX is a concentrated formula that should be diluted with water depending on the task:

• Heavy-Duty Odor Neutralization (30:1 Ratio): Mix ~4 oz of ODEX per gallon of water. Apply liberally to dumpsters, floor drains, or pet accidents, and allow to air-dry.

• Multi-Surface Cleaning & Sanitizing (10:1 Ratio): Mix ~12 oz of ODEX per gallon of water for tile, granite, leather, or sealed countertops.

• Hard-Surface Disinfection (10:1 Ratio): Wet non-porous surfaces thoroughly and maintain a 10-minute wet contact time.

Yes. ODEX is a 4-in-1 product that functions as an odor destroyer, surface cleaner, sanitizer, and hospital-grade disinfectant. When applied at a 10:1 dilution ratio with a minimum contact time of 1–2 minutes, it sanitizes high-touch surfaces. With a 10-minute wet dwell time, its quaternary ammonium formula kills bacteria and pathogens on hard, non-porous surfaces.

For deep odor removal on carpets, floor drains, and outdoor dumpsters, allow ODEX to air-dry completely so the chemical bonding process reaches maximum effectiveness. For indoor glass, countertops, or polished surfaces, wipe or buff with a clean microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.
